Recommender Designation Form

Instructions to the Applicant Family:

As part of the admissions process at St. Luke's Academy, we require three (3) letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to the applicant's academic ability, character, and readiness for our rigorous Classical Christian program.

  • Recommender 1 — A current or recent Academic Teacher
  • Recommender 2 — A second Academic Teacher or School Administrator
  • Recommender 3 — A Pastor, Clergy Member, Mentor, or Other Character Reference (not a family member)

Once submitted, St. Luke's Academy will contact each recommender directly via email with a confidential link. Please do not share the recommendation form with your recommenders yourself.

Recommender 1 — Academic Teacher

A current or recent teacher in English/Language Arts, History, Mathematics, or Science.

Recommender 2 — Academic Teacher or School Administrator

A teacher, principal, guidance counselor, or headmaster.

Recommender 3 — Pastor, Clergy, Mentor, or Character Reference

Must not be a family member of the applicant.
